Our Founders
FilMega’s leadership combines two complementary skill sets: technology and business consulting, and real
estate and construction operations.
Allan Ed “Allan” Capulong is a multi-industry entrepreneur with experience in real estate, technology, and business consulting. He earned his undergraduate degree from San Beda College and his master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the Asian Institute of Management, graduating with highest distinction. He founded RTL in 2013, a digital research and consulting firm, and Day 1 in 2019, which provides digital consulting for MSMEs and AI governance systems for the public sector. His expertise in technology strategy, consulting, and organizational management strengthens FilMega’s capabilities.

Maria Cesilia "Mega" Baua
Mega built her business from the ground up, starting with small retail sales before moving into construction and finishing materials. Over more than 20 years, she and her husband, Peter John Baua, grew that business into Filipino Home Depot & Hardware Corp. and Filipino Mega Construction Realty & Development Corp., multi-branch companies serving the province of Isabela. Her background gives FilMega its operational expertise in construction, materials distribution, and regional business development.
